In this antenatal class you will learn everything you need to know about giving birth, the puerperium, breastfeeding and everyday life with a newborn. Our goal is to enable you to have a self-determined childbirth.
The classes consist of transfer of information but also breathing and movement exercises and meditation.
This way your are thoroughly prepared for childbirth!
You can bring your partner with you on the 21th of august. The partner fee costs 50 €.
